Position Description

We use a collaborative approach to fully define the job specifications. This is founded on a thorough understanding of the strategic, cultural, financial and operational issues you face. The “job specs” become the benchmark we rely on throughout the search. The requirements are specific for industry and experience, necessary skills and competencies, and cultural fit.

Target and Connect

We use the “job specs” to put together a strategy that guides us throughout the search. The strategy targets organizations and positions within those organizations that fit the search criteria. Then utilizing our in-house database, as well as outside research, the targeted candidates are contacted to gauge fit and interest level.

Project Management

We continue to manage the process during the interview stage, gathering feedback from all parties and managing candidate interest and expectations. We act as 3rd party support during the offer stage. We document the candidate’s current package and work with him/her to determine and align expectations with what the client has in mind. We maintain close contact with the candidate and the client through the resignation and on-boarding stage and provide feedback to both sides
