As a candidate is there is no charge for our services. To make sure your interests are aligned with ours, we will always talk to you to best understand your goals and skills. We believe in treating you as trusted partner in your job search. We will always be truthful about an opportunity and will let YOU make the decision to pursue it. We will never push you into accepting a position or submit your resume without your approval.

Interview Preparation

We provide interview coaching to make sure you present yourself in a way that shows all the attributes that make you a good fit for the job and the company. We make sure you have a complete understanding of the position as well as background information on the company. . We will give you a comprehensive overview– highlighting the qualifications the employer is looking for so you have a clear picture of the job. We want you to be comfortable and prepared so you can give the company an accurate portrait of who you are.

Confidentiality

Your confidentiality is a top priority. We will NEVER send your resume to any client without your approval nor do we at any time contact your present employer. We do not send mass e-mails marketing your resume.

Future Opportunities

If our current openings do not fit your needs we continue to stay in touch. As new searches open we will make you aware either by phone or email of those that are a fit for your background and interests. We have worked with many of our candidates for years and they know our commitment is for the long term not just for today.
